[Abstract] IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a chronic inflammatory disorder which could involve almost any organ of the body. Most lesions of IgG4-RD respond well to glucocorticoids and the prognoses are relatively good. However, some patients with IgG4-RD would be misdiagnosed as malignant or infectious disorders from time to time in the clinic due to lack of enough recognition for the disease. In order to obtain a better umderstanding of the disease and improve the diagnostic accuracy, here we summarized the common clinical and imaging features of IgG4-RD, and reviewed the latest research progress in the literature.
