[Abstract] Ovarian cancer is one of the common diseases that harm to women's health. Definined exactly the benign or malignant of tumors is particularly critical of the formulate of patients treatment and prognosis. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an effective inspection method to observation of ovarian tumors and can assist the qualitative diagnosis. Among them, the diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) and dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) with its own advantage is gradually applied to tumor study. Reserach progresses of DWI and DCE-MRI in ovarian tumors progress were reviewed in this article.
