Research progress of magnetic resonance imaging in brucellosis spondylitis

[Abstract] Brucellosis is a systemic zoonotic infection all over the world, The disease increased every year. It is a systemic infection while the spine is the most affected. Multiplanar capability and superior tissue contrast make magnetic resonance imaging the modality of first choice in evaluation and follow-up of brucellar spondylitis. MRI of brucella spondylitis, the differential diagnosis and IVIM-DWI will be reviewed in this article.
