[Abstract] Heroin addiction is a chronic recurrent functional disease of brain, and its mechanism is not clear. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) plays an increasingly important role in revealing the mechanism of heroin addiction. Based on long-term research practice of the author's team, this paper focused on fMRI methods and quality control related with the study on mechanism of heroin addiction. We hope to provide some reference for people who plan to carry out fMRI studies on the mechanism of heroin addiction.
