[Abstract] Obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) is a sleep respiratory disease induced by a variety of factors. The chronic hypoxia can lead to a decrease in executive function, memory, motor coordination, attention, and cognition. In recent years, some scholars have studied the brain structure and resting state brain function in patients with OSAHS. They found that the brain structure and function in patients with OSAHS have a certain change and these changes in the brain are associated with some cognitive and behavioral decline in the patient. This article will review the changes in brain structure and brain function of OSAHS, and hope to have some assistance in the neuroimaging and clinical diagnosis and treatment of OSAHS.
