[Abstract] A consensus statement for cardiovascular magnetic resonance mapping techniques (T1, T2, T2* and extracellular volume fraction (ECV)) was released by the society for cardiovascular magnetic resonance (SCMR) in 2017. In order to provide relevant reference, in this article, we mainly interpreted this consensus statement in terms of clinical indications, practical recommendations for protocols and techniques, current state and future of clinical applications.
