[Abstract] Cardiovascular magnetic resonance technology provides a non-invasive method for understanding cardiac structure and function, with high diagnostic accuracy and no ionizing radiation. Delayed imaging with perfusion enhancement technology provides valuable diagnostic and prognostic information for myocardial infarction. However, the degree of myocardial infarction and diffuse changes in the heart cannot be accurately evaluated. T1 mapping technology is a new technique for quantitative assessment of myocardial limitations and diffuse lesions. It can quantitatively assess the extent of myocardial infarction and the area of myocardial edema. It has good diagnostic and prognostic value,it has better application prospects in clinical practices.
