[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the mammography and MRI features of breast cancer, and to explore the relationship between them and molecular subtypes.Materials and Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the mammography and MRI findings of 175 patients with breast cancer. According to the expression of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) and Ki-67 determined the molecular subtypes of breast cancer and analyzed the relationship between imaging features and molecular subtypes. Results: Most of Luminal B and HER-2 positive breast cancer had lymph nodes metastasis, less Luminal A and triple negative breast cancer had node metastasis (P<0.05). Suspicious calcification was more common in HER-2 overexpression breast cancer than in other subtypes (P<0.05). Most of the triple negative breast cancer showed rim enhancement, while other subtypes showed heterogeneous enhancement (P<0.05).Conclusions: The phenotypes of mammography and MRI are diverse in different subtypes of breast cancer, and some features are related to the molecular subtypes. The combination of mammography and MRI can be used to distinguish the molecular subtypes of breast cancer and provide reference for clinical diagnosis and individualized treatment.
