[Abstract] With the progress of surgery, the survival rate of tetralogy of Fallot patients has been significantly improved, but there are still many complications. In order to improve the quality of life of patients, long-term follow-up and further intervention is necessary. MRI can not only accurately diagnose the residual anatomical deformities, but also provide quantitative evaluation of cardiac function and hemodynamic information. It is an ideal imaging method for the follow-up of patients with tetralogy of Fallot. A large number of studies on postoperative imaging evaluation of tetralogy of Fallot have been carried out at home and abroad. This article reviews the progress of MRI in the follow-up of patients with tetralogy of Fallot.
