[Abstract] Pathological grade of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is an independent predictor of tumor prognosis. Poorly differentiated HCC has a high recurrence rate and poor prognosis. So accurate grading of HCC is closely related to clinical decision and prognosis prediction. In this paper, MR in the evaluation of preoperative pathological grade of HCC was reviewed.
