[Abstract] Due to the increasing aging of the world in recent years, age-related dementia has brought more and more burdens to family and society. It is an inevitable trend to explore mild cognitive impairment in the early stage of dementia, and with the gradual development of imaging. Arterial spin labeling (ASL) as a non-invasive, repeatable, no contrast agent technology has gradually been applied. This article reviews the advantages of ASL and its application in mild cognitive impairment.
