[Abstract] Acute pancreatitis is a common disease of the digestive system. Due to its different severity and complications, it has a potential risk of death. With the extensive application of the new Atlanta guideline 2012, new requirements have been put forward for imaging reports of acute pancreatitis. This article mainly introduces the structured report of acute pancreatitis in Sichuan Key Laboratory of Medical Imaging, Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College, which is to improve the systematic understanding of this disease and to write CT/MRI reports in a standard way.
