[Abstract] Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome is a common sleep disorder. Intermittent breathing during sleep will cause frequent hypoxia and severe sleep disruption, leading to structural, metabolic and functional abnormalities in several brain regions, leading to neurocognitive deficits. Because of the advantages of multi-sequence imaging and various imaging techniques, magnetic resonance imaging has a very good advantage in explaining the changes of central nervous system, and provides an objective imaging basis for clinical understanding of the pathogenesis and cognitive dysfunction of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.
