[Abstract] Subjective cognitive decline (SCD) is an early stage of Alzheimer's disease (AD), the main symptom is a decline in self-perceived memory, and the incidence is on the rise. Therefore, preventing or delaying the progression of SCD is critical. In recent years, with the continuous development of multimodal MRI and brain network analysis techniques, scholars have evaluated whether the structure and density of brain networks are complete by studying and observing the changes of neurons and nerve fiber bundles in the brains of patients with SCD. In this paper, structural MRI , diffusion tensor imaging and functional MRI are reviewed. Based on the structural and functional brain network characteristics of SCD disease, the brain network changes and pathophysiological mechanisms of SCD disease were explored from multiple perspectives to find biomarkers and analyze the existing deficiencies, so as to provide help for the early diagnosis and treatment of SCD.
