Research and realization of correction method of MRI motion artifact

[Abstract] During the process of magnetic resonance imaging, the patient motion induces motion artifacts in the reconstructed image and degrades the quality of the image. In this paper, we study the phase recovery algorithm based on minimum entropy focus criterion constraint. In order to save time and improve the correction effect, we reduce the k-space line numbers and change the original single step correction mode by automatically reducing the step in each iteration. The motion artifacts correction program is developed under the graphic user interface in Matlab environment. It shows the results of simulation and imaging experiment, which provides a reference for the development of new methods.
