[Abstract] Objective: Study on memory function impairment and structural MRI in posttraumatic stress disorder. To provide a reliable basis for clinical improvement in patients with clinical diagnosis and treatment of such.Materials and Methods: Selected for the study group and the control group 16 cases each, memory function evaluation, and give the magnetic resonance imaging examination, assessment results, two groups were recorded in memory function magnetic resonance examination results, give statistical analysis, draw the conclusion. Results: The understanding of memory, understanding, memory, visual reproduction delay delay visual reproduction scores were significantly lower than that of the control group of healthy people, and P<0.05 in patients with stress disorder after trauma research group, two groups of patients the results with statistical significance, the study group patients by MRI examination shows, the brain frontal and temporal lobe brain gray matter volume was significantly smaller than that of the control group healthy people. Conclusions: Clinicians according to post-traumatic stress disorder symptom is memory impairment in patients with frontal lobe of the brain gray matter volume and temporal lobe brain regions were significantly lower than healthy people this trait, to severe posttraumatic stress disorder in patients with brain MRI examination, to determine whether memory impairment, and judge the clinical treatment effect.
