[Abstract] Glioma is the most common type of brain tumor, a serious threat to human health and survival, it has always been a research hotspot in medical field. Application of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI), especially the MRI functional and molecular imaging technology, had played a more and more important role for the diagnosis, grading and prognosis and therapeutic effect evaluation of brain glioma. This article had focused the current MRI application and development in brain glioma.
