[Abstract] The 14th Chinese Conference of Magnetic Resonance in Medicine was successfully held in Changsha, Hunan Province from June 27th to 29th, 2014. MR experts and scholars worldwide took this opportunity to exchange experience and new achievements in the field of MRI technology and clinical application, which will definitely promote the development of MR cause in China. On June 26th, Prof. Dai Jianping, the associate member of Institute of Medicine, vice-president of Chinese Medical Association, hosted the high-level dialogue with the theme of "Magnetic Resonance in China" . Seven key opinion leaders had a deep communication about the development of MR industry, academic research, scientific research and clinical application, reaching consensus on the normalization of MR diagnosis and treatment, the localization of MR research and production, and the implementation of advanced scientific research based on clinical requirement.
