[Abstract] Depression is a mood disorder that is caused by a variety of factors, its main manifestation is depression, pessimism, some even become suicidal. Studies have found that depression is due to the reduction of certain brain nerve connections and neurotransmitter. With the development of functional magnetic resonance imaging, more and more people apply functional magnetic resonance imaging to studying depression, in order to elucidate the mechanism. Compared with the traditional imaging method, it can respond to changes in brain white matter microstructure and function image corresponding brain regions, which is conducive to a more intuitive analysis of the relationship between structure and function of brain.
