[Abstract] The CMR in RSNA 2014 mainly focused on the following aspects: The correlation between microvascular obstruction (MVO) and left ventricular remodeling after acute myocardial infarction, and the prognostic value of MVO in ischemic cardiac disease; the assessment of right ventricular morphology and function in pulmonary valve and tricuspid diseases; the application of 3D SPACE and 4D phase contrast in congenital cardiac diseases; cardiac quantitative imaging described the value of ECV(extracellular volume fraction) in cardiomyopathy, diabetes and thalassemia major.
