[Abstract] Cerebral venous and sinus thrombosis (CVST) is a rare disease of the intracranial venous system. With the continuous emergence and development of new technologies such as endovascular therapy, prognostic assessment methods are urgently needed to guide clinical individualized therapy. Various imaging techniques can evaluate brain parenchymal lesions, recanalization, and collateral circulation efficiently, provide guidance for accurate treatments, thus to improve prognosis. This article reviews the treatment and imaging evaluation of the prognosis of CVST, in order to provide guidance for individualized treatment and effectively assess the prognosis of CVST.
